Patterns can have different meanings. Sometimes they are bad, repeating the same thing that didn’t work, hoping to get a different result. But sometimes patterns can make something positive. Saying “Thank You” and feeling “Thankful” is something I say a lot internally after reflecting upon something that has happened, either good or bad, to try and shift my perspective that regardless of how something happened it can, upon reflection, always be seen from a positive angle if I look for it.
